Multi-Factor Family Therapy (MFFT)
When reunification therapy has been court ordered, MFFT is a systemic intervention conducted by a team of professionals. These professionals integrate multiple, simultaneous, and interwoven treatment modalities in support of the overarching goal: which is assisting family members to modify maladaptive and unhealthy family structures (roles and rules) and patterns of interaction (dynamics) in the best interest of the child(ren).
